Overview

This privacy policy describes how Enoki Limited handles personal information collected through this corporate website (enoki.nz). It does not cover the individual Enoki properties listed on the Portfolio page, each of which has its own privacy policy.

This site processes three categories of data: server logs, analytics events, and contact form submissions.

Contact messages

If you submit the contact form, Enoki receives the information you provide, typically name, email address, company, topic, and message. This information is used to read and respond to the enquiry, and is retained in Enoki's email and CRM systems, if used, for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up correspondence.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4, Plausible Analytics, and Vercel Analytics to understand site usage and technical performance. Plausible Analytics and Vercel Analytics collect aggregated, privacy-focused page-view and performance data. Google Analytics 4 may collect page-view, device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. The analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve site reliability and content. Enoki does not use this data for ad retargeting on this corporate website.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to the personal information Enoki holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request its deletion. Requests can be made through the contact page and will be responded to within 20 working days.

Cookies

Plausible Analytics and Vercel Analytics are cookieless. Google Analytics 4 may set analytics cookies or use similar browser identifiers to measure visits and interactions. If the contact form security challenge is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data needed to verify that a submission is legitimate. Vercel, Google, or Cloudflare may set strictly necessary or analytics-related cookies for security, performance, and measurement purposes.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. Enoki does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, use the contact page and the information will be deleted.

Complaints

Complaints about Enoki's handling of personal information can first be raised through the contact page. Unresolved complaints can be referred to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
